Because I liked this guild's Wind Lord guide. I'm very curious if the enrage timer was wrong, though....

    NOTES

The boss will be in P1 until we push her to 30% health. However P2 will happen halfway through P1 so it kind of goes like an elegon cycle.
    P1>P2>P1>P3

    P1
-She constantly casts a stacking debuff on tanks that, when it hits 5 stacks MCs the tank and basically makes us wipe. We will not hit 5 stacks.
-Twice during each round of P1, she will put down 2 Dissonance Fields (so 4 total for each P1). These fields slowly lose health and explode for around 200k damage when they die, so we want them to die at different times.
-There are two ways to make them lose health faster. The first is for a caster to go inside of it and cast, the second is for the raid member afflicted with "Cry of Terror" to go inside of it. Both methods must be used, however when you are inside the are they are line of sighted from healers, so they cannot stay in it for very long.
-Players afflicted with Cry of Terror will deal raid damage to the rest of the raid every 2 seconds. Going inside of the dissonance field, however, should LoS them so that it does not deal the damage to everyone.
-There is also an ability that targets someone and hits them and all players within 5 yards with about 80k damage.

    So basically,
Stay spread, players with Cry of Terror go inside the chosen dissonance field, Fin goes inside the chosen dissonance field every once in a while.

    P2
8 adds will spawn, 6 small adds and 2 large adds. All adds do 30% more damage for every add within 8 yards of it. This is very hard to avoid, so it will be (mostly) ignored.

-The two large adds can be tanked and will be pulled apart from the rest of the raid as they do not need to be damaged until the end of the phase.
-The large adds also put a poison on random players and perform a 30 yard cone that must be watched out for.
-The six small adds will fixate random targets and perform a few abilities that must be taken care of properly.
-While fixated, they must be kited as best as they can. Don't run out of range of the healers, but try not to get melee'd by them too much, and pop personal CDs when you can't avoid it.
-They will occasionally do a bladestorm like ability (but ranged) that can be interrupted. Stuns should work as well, so be sure to stop that ability.
-The adds will also put resin on the ground. If a player runs over the resin, they get a 30% run speed debuff, however if two players who have the resin debuff run into each other, it will make a bubbling resin patch on the ground. If 4 more people with the resin debuff run over the bubbling resin, it will create an amber trap.
-If one of the large adds goes into the amber trap, they will be stuck and lose 5% health per 2 seconds. However, when they are in the trap, any small adds that are still alive will try to break them free of the trap.
-As the large adds can't break free on their own and can't do anything when in the traps, they can be safely trapped right before finishing the phase, once all the small adds are dead.

    So basically,
Kite small adds while one tank picks up the large adds and separates them from the group. Run over resin and bring it to bubbling resin to make traps. Kill small adds before trapping the Large adds. Trap large adds, continue to the second P1.

    P3
She transitions at 30% health. We might have to lust in order to push her.

-The Empress will randomly hit 2 players for 55k shadow damage.
-The Empress will hit a 70 yd cone, doing 200k shadow damage and fearing anyone hit by it.
-The Empress will choose 2 people for Visions of Demise, after 4 seconds that player will 30k damage to all players within 8 yd for 20 sec (this might be possible to dispel).
-The Empress will hit everyone for 50% of their current health. This doesn't kill but is very deadly when combined with other effects.
-The Empress will hit a player for about 50k. This effect will slowly spread to all players (1 every 6 sec) I'm actually not sure if this is a DoT that hits more often than 6 sec to those who have it, or something that say hits 1 person the first time, 2 the second, 3 the third, etc. until it is hitting all 10 every 6 seconds. Either way, this is an effective soft enrage.

    So basically,
Stack close to melee to be able to move out of the cone quickly (and help healers with AoE heals. If you get Visions of Demise on you, move out until the DoT starts up and is then dispelled. Hit hard; Heal hard; Self heal hard, win.
